Poker Hand History is a poker hand tracking and analysis application that allows users to: • Record and analyze poker hands • Track poker sessions and bankroll management • Share hands with the community • View statistics and performance analytics • Interact with other users through comments and likes • Access educational content and professional player hands

• You must create an account to use most features of the App • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account • You must provide accurate and complete information • You are responsible for all activities under your account • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account • One account per person is permitted

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: • Use the App for any illegal gambling activities • Share false, misleading, or fabricated hand histories • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App • Create multiple accounts or impersonate others • Use automated tools or bots • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• You retain ownership of the poker data you input into the App • By sharing hands publicly, you grant other users permission to view and comment • The App's design, features, and code are owned by Poker Hand History • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content • Featured professional player hands are used with permission or under fair use • User-generated content must comply with our community guidelines

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers • Free users have limited hand tracking capabilities • Premium subscriptions provide unlimited hand tracking and additional features • Subscription fees are charged through your device's app store • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled • Refunds are subject to app store policies • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted • The App is for educational and analytical purposes only • We are not responsible for your poker decisions or financial losses • Hand analysis and statistics are for informational purposes • We do not endorse or promote gambling

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poker Hand History shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poker Hand History from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

• You may terminate your account at any time • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms • Upon termination, your access to the App will cease • You may export your data before termination • Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

• We may update the App and these Terms from time to time • Material changes will be communicated through the App • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance • We may discontinue features or the entire App with notice

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Poker Hand History is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
